Who We Are
We are the Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra's mighty group of volunteers. Everything we do supports the patron experience and The WSO operations. We have a great time together in whatever we are doing to serve.
What We Do
Since 1987, our volunteers have supported The Williamsburg Symphony with services, including ushers for concerts, seat labeling, office support, guest artist needs, meals for musicians, and much more. The Volunteers also plan fundraising activities such as the annual Gala, and other special events.

As a volunteer, your help is invaluable. Whether you prefer contributing to a project or assisting with specific tasks, there are opportunities to fit your schedule and skills. You can work behind the scenes at rehearsals and concerts, preparing the concert hall, providing office support, helping plan special events such as our annual fundraising gala, or ushering at a concert…these are just some of the ways you might play a role in supporting our Symphony.
